- Inquiry & order data: product inquiries, project specifications, quantity requirements, delivery preferences, quotation requests, purchase orders, and payment confirmations.
- Account data: username, hashed password, communication preferences, and saved wishlists or comparison lists.
- Partnership & OEM/ODM data: company registration documents, annual revenue range, target markets, technical specifications, and branding artwork submitted for manufacturing engagements.
- Support data: serial numbers, proof of purchase, diagnostic photos/video, and correspondence related to warranty or technical issues.

6. International Data Transfers
AVD is headquartered in Thailand and operates in a global supply chain. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including China (manufacturing partners), Singapore or Hong Kong (regional hosting and logistics), and the European Union (for EU customer-support operations). Where such transfers take place, we apply appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, as applicable.
7. Data Retention
- Quotation and inquiry records: 3 years from the last interaction.
- Order, invoice, and shipping records: 10 years (tax and customs compliance).
- Warranty records: duration of the warranty plus 2 years.
- Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, then in a suppression list to honor your opt-out.
- Website logs and analytics: up to 24 months in aggregated or anonymized form.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
